Welcome! I’m a music director, voice teacher, singer, pianist, conductor, orchestrator, and arranger.

Jason is Associate Professor of Musical Theatre at the University of Arkansas and has been on and off the road with Hamilton the Musical, first with the Philip company and now the Angelica company, since 2022. As a member of the Tony Award winning Gospel Choir, Broadway Inspirational Voices, he sang backup for Mariah Carey in her 2014 Christmas concerts at the Beacon Theatre in NYC and for Sting on the 68th annual Tony Awards at Radio City Music Hall. Jason grew up in rural Arkansas and was thrilled to return to his alma mater, the University of Arkansas, after receiving Master of Music degrees from Ohio University and teaching at NYU in the New Studio on Broadway. While living in NYC he performed as a singer and pianist at venues such as Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher (David Geffen) Hall, and lots of hot and cramped studios and cabarets around the city.

Jason is faculty for the LoVetri Institute for Somatic Voicework™.
